Job summary

Oceaneering is seeking a hybrid, U.S.-based role supporting operations with travel and after-hours on-call. You will coordinate personnel readiness, immigration, training, and deployment documentation while ensuring equipment and system needs are met, including offshore activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring training, audits, and inventory; supporting non-conformances and mobilization; and collaborating across groups to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years oilfield experience and/or one year of personnel logistics experience.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Must be able obtain/maintain a valid passport and be able to obtain visas for international travel.

• Participates in HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate personnel travel, immigration, training, certification, competency, and deployment docs.
• Monitor training, certification, competency, travel compliance; assist mobilization with readiness docs.
• Monitor preventive maintenance data and share with management and offshore teams.
• Communicate with groups to ensure parts, tools and system needs are met.
• Monitor inventory management for each system (cycle counts and accuracy).
• Monitor audits; ensure timely closure of system audits.
• Assist Ops with closure of non-conformances.
• Assist Ops managers with allocating personnel for Subsea Robotics and OPG offshore work.
• Organize teams to support operational excellence initiatives as directed.
• Conduct periodic site visits.

As directed by the SSR Operations Manager, coordinate personnel allocation and utilization to support operational requirements. Assist with field personnel coordination, operational equipment readiness, and operational support activities.

This is a U.S.-based hybrid position requiring occasional travel and participation in an on-call rotation, including after-hours and weekend support.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL

• Participates in all HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence initiatives.

• Under the direction of the Operations Manager, works closely with Operations functions to coordinate personnel travel, immigration, training, certification, competency, and deployment documentation requirements while maintaining visibility of personnel readiness for assignment.

• Monitors personnel training, certification, competency, travel, and immigration compliance requirements and assists with personnel mobilization activities by coordinating deployment documentation and readiness requirements.

• Monitors systems preventive maintenance and disbursing data to management and offshore teams.

• Communicates with other business groups to ensure that all parts, tools, and system needs are met.

• Monitors Inventory Management for each system, including cycle counts and accuracy.

• Monitors audit process, ensuring that systems audits are closed out timely.

• Assist Operations withthe closure of non-conformances

• Assists Operations Mangers with allocating personnel as required to man all Subsea Robotics and OPG offshore activities, as needed

• Organize teams in support of operational excellence initiatives as directed by Operations Managers.

• Conducts periodic site visits.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Three (3) years oilfield experience and/or one year of personnel logistics experience.

DESIRED

• Working knowledge of offshore survey operations, survey equipment deployment, personnel mobilization, and field support activities.
