• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience including manufacturing cost accounting.
• Advanced Excel and ERP data analysis, preferably Infor Visual ERP.

Responsibilities

• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs by location to identify cost drivers.
• Investigate actual performance against standard cost, budgets, and forecasts; explain variances.
• Coordinate month-end close for locations and prepare performance reviews with variances.
• Support budgets/forecasts, capital projects, and process improvements.
