Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking an Operations Co‑Op in North America starting January 2027. You will work on process improvement initiatives, build project plans, and collaborate with the plant leadership team in state‑of‑the‑art facilities. The program serves as a pipeline for the Early Careers program and rotation across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a focus on Chemical, Electrical, Automation, Controls, Industrial or Mechanical.
• Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience preferred.
• Active involvement in student organizations or volunteer activities is a plus.

• Identify and support process improvement opportunities.
• Build project plans and lead or support projects to completion.
• Assist plant leadership and help implement plant initiatives.
