Job summary

Avery Dennison is offering a Supply Chain Summer Intern role for North America during the summer of 2027. You will work on process improvement initiatives and collaborate with plant and divisional leadership teams in one of our state-of-the-art facilities.

After the internship, you may be considered for the Early Careers Program in Supply Chain and related areas. We are considering students who can work in OH, IN, PA, or GA, with relocation and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, or related field is required.
• Previous internship/co-op experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Participation in student organizations such as the Supply Chain Management Association, Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers etc. is a plus.
• Volunteerism or similar activities.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Comfortable with relocation now and in the future.
• Sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support implementation of cost reduction, network optimization, and process improvement opportunities
• Build project plans and manage and/or support projects to completion
• Perform data collection, spreadsheet creation, and data analysis
• Assist/support Supply Chain department daily
• Support supply and demand planning initiatives
