Job summary

Triumph is seeking a Customer Service Specialist - Operations to support account reviews, documentation, funding activities, risk management, and client service while working with clients, debtors, and internal teams. You’ll be detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy balancing customer service with operational responsibilities.

You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure accurate information, maintain processes, and provide exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred; four years of proven customer service experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• At least one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced business environment preferred.
• Experience in factoring, freight, transportation, logistics, financial services, or a related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and internal partners through phone, email, and written communication.
• Review and verify new client aging to support account purchases and risk management processes.
• Review load documentation to ensure required information is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
• Communicate with clients to obtain missing or incomplete documentation.
• Review open credits on client accounts and take appropriate action when needed.
• Reconcile and review funds for release on inactive client accounts.
• Partner with clients, debtors, teammates, and leadership to resolve questions and keep processes moving.
• Help maintain strong risk management and operational practices across client accounts.
• Protect confidential client and company information and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Support a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed.
