Remote Talent LATAM seeks an Operations & Client Success Project Manager to own client delivery operations and ensure a world‑class experience for US agencies. You will optimize workflows, track deliverables, and leverage AI/no‑code tools to run operations smoothly.

Required: 2+ years in project coordination or account management in marketing or creative agencies, fluent English, Reddit familiarity, and hands-on use of Notion, Asana or Airtable. Fully remote, M-F, 8am–5pm EDT.

• Fluent, professional English for daily collaboration with US teams and clients.

We are hiring on behalf of a specialized community management and marketing firm that handles 360° digital engagement, Reddit strategy, and reputation management for select brands and public figures. They focus on building and operating owned communities (Discord, subreddits, forums) with an authentic, non-disruptive approach to growth and audience trust.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and client-centric Operations & Client Success Project Manager who lives and breathes customer excellence and leverage through AI.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our client delivery operations. You’ll make sure every client receives a seamless, world-class experience, while proactively optimizing internal workflows, tracking account deliverables, and leveraging non-code AI tools and automations to keep operations running smoothly.

2+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, or operations within a marketing or creative agency setting.

US Agency Experience: Proven experience working with US-based agencies, supporting projects, clients, and teams within a US business environment.

Client-First Mindset: Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a proactive approach to solving problems before clients notice them.

AI Enthusiasm: Genuine excitement for AI tools and no-code automation platforms. Ability to effectively leverage AI, no-code frameworks, and prompt logic to optimize everyday operations.

Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management and workspace tools like Notion, Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms.

Fluency in English: Fluent, clear, and professional written/spoken English for daily collaboration with US teams and clients.

Reddit Familiarity: Active Reddit user with a deep understanding of Reddit culture and platform dynamics.

Employment Type: Full-time position, Monday to Friday

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EDT

Salary: $2,500 USD monthly

Location: 100% remote (open to candidates based in LATAM)

Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days of PTO per year

Holidays: Standard U.S. official holidays off
