Position: Operations Clerk

Shift: 1^st Shift

Pay: $19.00/hr

The ideal candidate may also possess skills in Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse, General Labor, Forklift operation, Quality Control, Cycle Counting, Inventory Control, Material Handling, Equipment Operation, Order Picking, and Cherry Picking.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure accurate entries and adjustments in the warehouse management system.
2. Perform daily inventory management procedures, including adjustments for over/short, defective, and damaged products.
3. Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently; MHE certification or completion within 30 days is required.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months’ experience in cycle counting and inventory control; RF experience and strong computer skills are preferred.
• Experience with a commercial Warehouse Management System (such as AS400, SAP, JDA, Red Prairie) is preferred.
• Previous experience with SAP is advantageous.

Role Purpose:

Provide clerical and administrative support at the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Code delivery manifests and prepare billing.
• Compile statistical data and prepare reports.
• Input delivery information into the system.
• Assist with dispatching and handle owner/operator settlement issues.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery details.
• Check delivery postponements and cancellations against manifests.
• Prepare purchase orders and handle correspondence.
• Maintain department files and answer phones.

Required Education and Experience:

• 1-2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
