About the Position:

This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the OFFICE OF THE CHIEF OF STAFF, DIR OF ARSTAF PROGRAM MGMT DIR (PMD) at PENTAGON/ARLINGTON, VA.

Specialized Experience:

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.

Specialized experience is defined as:

1) Experience managing multi-disciplinary program operations while providing comprehensive technical oversight across operations, security, logistics, and signature management. AND
2) Experience leading strategic and operational and planning to design and execute complex projects and national level missions. AND
3) Experience evaluating operational feasibility and cost to develop enterprise-level policy and deliver recommendations to senior leadership.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GG/GS-14).
