Job summary

TCC Materials is a leading manufacturer of architectural and concrete specialty products, seeking a qualified lab/QA/QC specialist to support production at the plant. You will work with Technical Services and Manufacturing to ensure product quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include testing, certification maintenance, SOP development, and collaboration with Sales and Production teams to optimize processes and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret ASTM/ANSI standards and test methods.
• Ability to apply statistical concepts to analyze test data.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support related to production at the assigned plant.
• Coordinate lab work and QA/QC testing program.
• Maintain lab equipment and test reports.
• Develop and verify SOPs for lab tasks.
• Maintain certification records for staff.
