Job summary

ConocoPhillips seeks a Delaware Operations Center (DOC) Operator to monitor and optimize oil and gas production across Delaware Basin sites from a centralized control room. You will use SCADA and HMI systems to track pressures, flow rates, and equipment status, respond to alarms, and coordinate field activities to meet production targets safely and efficiently.

This office-based role operates on a 7/7 day–night schedule, collaborating with multi-skill operators, engineering, and maintenance

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to meet physical demands and work environment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize production from the Delaware Operations Center using SCADA/HMI; track pressures, flow rates, and equipment status to meet targets.
• Apply disciplined alarm management practices to prioritize and document alarms; reduce alarm flooding during abnormal conditions.
• Oversee central facility equipment performance remotely to maintain throughput and equipment health.
• Coordinate crude oil hauling dispatch and product movements to prevent delays and interruptions; align nominations with targets.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams; share real-time data and set priorities for safety and reliability.
