ConocoPhillips seeks a Delaware Operations Center (DOC) Operator to monitor and optimize oil and gas production across Delaware Basin sites from a centralized control room. ConocoPhillips holds approximately 782,000 unconventional net acres in the Delaware Basin, spanning west Texas through southeast New Mexico. Current development activity targets prospects in the Avalon, Bone Springs, Wolfcamp and Woodford formations while balancing leasehold obligations and permit terms. We operated ten rigs and three frac crews on average during 2025, resulting in 176 operated wells drilled and 161 operated wells brought online. During 2025, net production averaged 661 MBOED.
The Delaware Operations Center (DOC) Operator monitors and optimizes oil and gas production across well sites and central facilities from a centralized control room. The role uses Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems to track real‑time conditions, respond to alarms, and coordinate field activities so production targets are met safely and efficiently. You will apply disciplined alarm management and cross‑functional collaboration practices to maintain stable operations, reduce downtime, and support safe decision‑making during normal and abnormal conditions. This is an office‑based role with a 7/7 day-night rotating schedule. You will coordinate activities with multi‑skill field operators and engineering teams to keep equipment running, manage product movements, and validate production losses so repeat failures are prevented.
