We utilize our extensive manufacturing abilities to craft modular, versatile garments pairing with selected accessories for dynamic urban transplants.

O.N.S Clothing makes quality menswear for easy modern living. Inspired and built by urban transplants, we aim to be an everyday, all-occasion lifestyle brand that takes the stress out of dressing and living well. Key duties include organizing inventory and handling merchandise go-backs during busy sales periods. The Retail Sales and Operations Assistant will also play an integral role in shipping and receiving and will report directly to the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter, based in the New York Metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of our in-house offerings, including styles, materials, and pricing.
• Inventory Coordinating: Assisting with organizing merchandise to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Merchandise Receiving: Creating new items in the system and preparing price tags for all third-party items.
• Seasonal Sampling: Organizing samples for new season buying. Pack and log old season samples for future references.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of people, including managers, buyers, and sales from other brands.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with inventory management, Shopify, and CRM systems is a plus.
