Job summary

Continental Battery Systems in Tyler, TX seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will manage a dedicated team, oversee inventory and logistics, and ensure safe, efficient facility operations.

You will build relationships with customers in the Louisville market, ensure safety and policy compliance, manage branch P&L, control expenses, and champion our battery recycling program as part of renewable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management in wholesale distribution, warehousing, or route-based sales.
• Proven track record of leading a team and managing P&L.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Background in the automotive, battery, or parts industry is a strong plus.

• Lead, train, and develop branch staff to foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and high performance.

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Background in the automotive, battery, or parts industry is a strong plus.

Pay Details:

$75,000-$85,000
