Job summary

KSDT, a Forbes-recognized accounting and tax firm, seeks a Manager of Firm Operations in Miami, FL to own processes, systems, data and reporting across the firm. You will standardize workflows, administer core systems, and deliver performance reporting used by partners.

This hands-on role includes 20% special projects, working with partners and staff, leveraging AI and automation to scale operations as the firm grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems or related field.
• 5+ years in operations, practice management, finance or analytics in a CPA or professional services firm.
• Experience mapping, documenting and standardizing workflows and owning recurring processes end to end.
• Advanced Excel and dashboard-building across data sources.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own firm operating workflows end to end across client lifecycle, onboarding, and peak periods.
• Identify bottlenecks, errors and risks; design fixes and drive adoption.
• Standardize procedures, forms and templates; train staff to maintain SOPs.
• Configure and administer core systems; ensure data accuracy across platforms.
