Job summary

Four Seasons Produce, Inc. is seeking an Operations Auditor in Ephrata, PA. The role audits warehouse processes to ensure accuracy and compliance and may assist with inventory tasks when time allows.

Pay is $20 per hour with a Sunday–Thursday schedule (7:00 am–3:30 pm) at our Ephrata, PA location. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify products we sell.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Correctly identify product we sell.
• Must be a minimum of 18 yrs of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform random and established audits for all operational processes in the warehouse, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, and various types of selection.
• Utilize an in-house web app via a mobile tablet to perform and complete audits.
• Document all discrepancies found during audits in the error reporting tool.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse leads and managers to address errors and have them corrected.
• Work with inventory leadership to improve the audit process and create audits for new processes.
• Support the Inventory & QC team with other functions as needed.

What You Do

• Perform random and established audits for all operational processes in the warehouse that include receiving, put-away, replenishment, and various types of selection (voice/RF/hi-lift).
• Utilize an in-house web app via a mobile tablet to perform and complete audits.
• Document all discrepancies found during audits within the error reporting tool.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with warehouse leads and managers to address errors found and have them corrected.
• Work with inventory leadership to continuously improve upon the audit process and create audits for new processes.
• Demonstrate flexibility in supporting the Inventory & QC team with other functions as needed.
