The Operations Associate role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position, working with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Maneuver around the store at a fast pace, working with merchandise, and assist customers with questions or requests.
2. Pricing and Signage: Change ticket prices and signage efficiently across the store.
3. Replenishment: Assist in pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure availability of styles and sizes.
4. Receiving Merchandise: Unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
5. Backroom Standards: Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
6. Omnichannel Support: Contribute to Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, and other omnichannel efforts.
7. Merchandise Strategy: Execute merchandising plans with efficiency and attention to standards.
8. Learning Environment: Absorb new information on merchandise, safety, and business processes.
