You'll work with underwriting, risk, and technology teams, handling data entry, KYC checks, and workflow coordination to meet SLAs. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in finance are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and review personal loan applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Perform data entry, validation, and updates in loan origination and servicing systems.
• Conduct preliminary checks (KYC, income verification, credit bureau checks) in line with policy.
• Coordinate with underwriting and credit teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Monitor application queues and turnaround times to meet SLAs.
• Support loan disbursement activities, including final verification and system setup.
• Handle post-disbursement operational tasks (repayment schedule setup, amendments, closures).
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, customer requests, and escalations promptly.

Position Overview:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
