Sephora in Orem, UT is seeking an Operations Associate to be the backbone of store operations, handling inventory and merchandising to ensure a smooth, engaging client experience.

You will support daily operations, manage stock, and contribute to promotional setups while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment that values inclusivity and teamwork.

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
