Sephora in Beverly Hills is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining Sephora’s standards and brand integrity.

You will assist with visual merchandising, deliver exceptional client service, and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment, while upholding inclusivity and a welcoming guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
