Job summary

A.L.C. in Miami seeks a stockroom associate to support customer experience by receiving shipments and maintaining inventory records. You will own the stockroom and help replenish the sales floor after shipments or during recovery periods. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include processing shipments and transfers, counting inventory, coordinating with the Operations Manager, packing and shipping client orders, and assisting on the floor during peak times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in retail or related work.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, high energy with flexible retail scheduling.

• Process internal transfers between stores and warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory via cycle counts and weekly reconciliation of negatives on hand.
• Liaise with Operations Manager for inventory adjustments.
• Maintain neat and organized stockroom with proper ticketing.
• Pack and ship client orders per company standards.
• Partner with Stylists to process, pack, and ship consignments.
• Research and reconcile shipping errors with FedEx.
• Process store damages on a regular basis.
• Manage monthly supply orders and organization.
• May assist on sales floor during peak times and as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

You will also take ownership of the stockroom and assist our team in replenishing the sales floor after shipment or during recovery periods. This role reports directly into the Store Manager.

• Receive and process shipment of new product and replenishment
• Process internal transfers between stores and warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counting and weekly reconciliation of negatives on hand
• Liaise with Operations Manager for requesting inventory adjustments
• Maintain neat and organized stockroom, ensuring product is categorized and properly ticketed
• Pack and ship client orders in accordance with company standards
• Partner with Stylists to process, pack, and ship consignments for clients and external stylists
• Research and reconcile shipping errors with FedEx
• Process store damages on a regular basis
• Manage monthly supply orders and organization
• May assist on sales floor during peak times and as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of (2) years working retail (or related work) experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with P.O.S. systems
• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally more

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and have flexibility to store operating hours to meet the needs of the business
