Job summary

A.L.C. Beverly Hills is seeking a Stock/Inventory Associate to support customer experience by receiving shipments and maintaining accurate inventory records.

You will own the stockroom and assist the team in replenishing the sales floor after shipments or during recovery periods, reporting to the Store Manager. Responsibilities include processing shipments, transfers, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, organizing stock, packing and shipping client orders, and coordinating with stylists.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working retail (or related) experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally more.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and high energy.
• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and have flexibility to store operating hours to meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process shipment of new product and replenishment
• Process internal transfers between stores and warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counting and weekly reconciliation of negatives on hand
• Liaise with Operations Manager for requesting inventory adjustments
• Maintain neat and organized stockroom, ensuring product is categorized and properly ticketed
• Pack and ship client orders in accordance with company standards
• Partner with Stylists to process, pack, and ship consignments for clients and external stylists
• Research and reconcile shipping errors with FedEx
• Process store damages on a regular basis
• Manage monthly supply orders and organization
• May assist on sales floor during peak times and as assigned
• Other duties as assigned
