Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring an Operations Associate for their Carol Stream, Illinois location. This role supports manufacturing and warehouse operations, maintains a clean and safe environment, assists production teams, handles materials, and performs general facility maintenance.

The position is full-time with an hourly pay of $20.00 and an excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, walkie riders, scissor lifts, or similar).
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with computer applications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facility & Equipment Maintenance: maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Production Support: assist operators with manual production tasks and loading materials.
• Material Handling: operate material handling equipment and move inventory.
• Safety & Quality: follow safety procedures and SOPs while maintaining product quality.
• Team Support: cross-train in other departments and perform other duties as assigned.
