ABOUT THE POSITION

The Operations Associates focused on Grantmaking supports the Senior Manager, Impact and Operations to provide grantmaking support to one of our core portfolios, ensure compliance with legal requirements for grantmaking and work with a variety of teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness for our grantmaking teams. The Operations Associate will have broad exposure to grantmaking practices, deep work in our technical systems and support our technology team in improving our grantmaking systems. Our ideal candidate will be a project manager who can multitask and manage competing priorities.

The Operations Associates focused on Programs and Administration supports the Director, Impact and Operations to manage our contract and invoicing processes, support program teams in providing the best experience for their participants and work with a variety of teams improve practice and process for the organization. The Operations Associate will have broad exposure to financial practices, data management and support our technology team in improving our systems. Our ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented person who can improve processes and experience for staff and program participants.
