The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation is seeking an associate manager / manager of operations to oversee grant budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
This role collaborates with Development, Finance, Legal, and program teams to ensure compliance, timely deliverables, and accurate reporting. The position requires strong budgeting, data analysis, writing, and project management skills, with Salesforce and Excel experience preferred.

The associate manager / manager of operations is a core member of the Foundation Operations team responsible for maintaining grant compliance, budget and reporting for the various grants the Foundation receives from private and corporate foundations and funders. In addition to the Operations team, this team member will work with team members across Development, Finance, Legal and the Foundation Program areas, with an emphasis on budget tracking and reporting. They will also be part of the proposal process and will prepare and organize materials for proposal submissions. This position requires strong program budgeting, data analysis, writing, and project management skills.
The salary range for this position is $62,000 to $80,000. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
