The role requires problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong teamwork. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 years’ manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows-based applications and able to follow written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a 12-hour shift.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up production equipment and load materials according to specs.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and identify nonconformities.
• Prepare raw materials and verify quality for production batches.
• Inspect and perform routine maintenance on machinery.
• Complete productivity reports detailing parts produced per shift.
