Job summary

Entegris is seeking an Operations Associate II for the Aurora site in New York. This 2nd shift role offers hands-on manufacturing experience in a safety- and quality-driven environment.

You will operate CMP pad production equipment, perform data entry, quality checks, and participate in Lean/6S initiatives while maintaining a clean, safe workplace and adhering to company policies. The position requires a high school diploma, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility to work across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during shifts.
• Flexibility to work in varying departments.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Entegris CMP Pads using a variety of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform data entry and record keeping.
• Perform quality testing and inspections.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Adhere to Entegris values, procedures, policies, etc.
• Engage in 6S and LEAN manufacturing activities.
• Comply with plant safety initiatives.

Our site in Aurora 500 is seeking a 2ndShift, Mon-Fri/2 pm to 10:00 pm, Operations Associate to join ourteam.Entegris has an opening foran Operations Associate in the Pads Production Division - an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals, especially those withexperience in asafety and quality driven manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• ManufactureEntegrisCMP Padsusinga variety of manufacturing equipment(laminator, CNC, die press,brush clean)
• Perform required data entry and record keeping.
• Perform required quality testing and inspections.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.
• Understand and adhere to Entegrisvalues, procedures, policies, etc.
• Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.
• Comply with plant safety initiatives.
• Perform miscellaneous production-related tasks (for example, cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory)
