Job summary

Qualifications

• Follow procedures and interrogate data; attention to detail required.
• Basic organizational skills needed for daily tasks.
• Good written and oral communication abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Process monetary and non-monetary tasks and transactions, including account maintenance, verifications, reconciliations and exception item resolution.
• Provide support to internal/external customers; cross-train on team duties and cover for others as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and internal controls; focus on risk and fraud mitigation.
