Job Overview

The Operations Associate is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience by performing various operational functions within the store. This is an early morning position, working with a team to prepare the store before opening.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Assist customers with questions and requests, providing friendly and efficient service.
  2. Pricing and Signage: Update ticket prices and signage quickly and accurately across the store.
  3. Replenishment and Restocking: Ensure merchandise is stocked and available, assisting in pulling and preparing inventory for the sales floor.
  4. Receiving Merchandise: Work with team members to unload trucks and organize the backroom.
  5. Backroom Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
  6. Omnichannel Support: Contribute to initiatives like Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, and online order returns and shipping.
  7. Merchandise Strategy: Execute merchandising plans to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  8. Learning and Development: Continuously learn about products, processes, and safety procedures.
