Job summary

Convergint is seeking to fill a full-time operations role as part of our College Development Program. After a six-month training period, you will manage projects from award to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while providing world-class service to customers.

You will grow within a dynamic team as Convergint grows. You will build trust with customers, collaborate with premier partners across multiple industries, and partner with sales to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years project management or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build trust with existing customers by executing projects to successful completion.
• Collaborate with premier partners in vertical markets and industries such as transportation, global/enterprise accounts, utilities, financial/banking, healthcare, datacenters, federal, state and local governments, and K-12 & higher education.
• Partner with sales personnel to ensure project execution exceeds customer expectations.
• Manage, oversee, and coordinate all aspects for small to medium projects of moderate complexity from award through completion of project.
• Effectively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required and maintains accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports.
• Effectively communicate and inform customers of project status, challenges, changes, and any other necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction.
