Convergint is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven operations associate for its College Development Program. You will participate in a six-month training program to gain Convergint knowledge, then manage projects to completion, on time and on budget, while delivering world-class service.

You will join a dynamic team that values growth, integrity and opportunity, with exposure to diverse industries and customer environments. This role is full-time and based on-site in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Build trust with existing customers by executing projects to successful completion.
• Collaborate with premier partners in various markets and industries.
• Partner with sales to ensure project execution exceeds expectations.
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects for small to medium projects from award through completion.
• Communicate requirements clearly to project teams and maintain records of status and changes.
• Keep customers informed about project status, challenges, and changes.
