Branson Bank seeks an entry-level Operations Associate to support back-office banking operations in Branson, MO. You will handle wire transfers, regulatory documentation, and records maintenance while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

You will collaborate with team members to improve processes, communicate exceptions, and uphold stringent controls in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and retail banking product awareness, including deposit-related regulations.
• Familiarity with teller operations, teller terminals, and general banking systems.
• Working knowledge of federal and state banking regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and confidentiality handling.
• Clear written and verbal communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process wire transfers accurately and on time.
• Manage Regulation E dispute documentation and timelines.
• Assist with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) related tasks.
• Maintain clear records and audit-ready documentation.
• Support internal process improvements and communicate status updates and exceptions.
