Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking an Operations Associate to join our stellar team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our high-profile clients by delivering exceptional service and operational support for Alternative Investment transactions.

This position requires handling a high volume of calls, detailed Salesforce documentation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to process requests in a hybrid in‑person/remote environment.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to handle time effectively and clearly prioritize tasks.
• A self-starter with experience utilizing the Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to stay calm and logically work through problems/issues as they arise, often under tight deadlines.
• Customer service oriented, able to handle multiple tasks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to high profile Financial Advisors and their support staff regarding Alternative Investment transactions, including subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, and document revisions/amendments.
• Field and document anywhere from 30-50 phone calls per day on the Morgan Stanley Service Network via Genesys phone routing system.
• Maintain detailed call log documentation utilizing Salesforce CRM software.
• Partner with various teams within Morgan Stanley Client Solutions & Investment Solutions organizations on processing requests.
• Engage in Ad Hoc projects that supports various Alternative Investment Operations teams.
• Provide World Class Service to Financial Advisors and their support staff.
• Participate in continuous educational training sessions to maintain knowledge of Alternative Investment products and systems.
• Follow professional telephone etiquette on all calls and handle interactions in a professional manner to maintain caller satisfaction.
• Ensure high service quality during interactions on inbound/outbound calls.
• Adhere to required schedule adjustments across the day.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a hybrid environment (in-person & remote).
