Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking an Operations Associate in Sacramento to receive stock, stock inventory, pick and pack orders, and hand off to Dashers. You’ll help keep the warehouse safe, organized, and running smoothly while coordinating with Runners and Dashers.

The role requires strong communication, team play, and willingness to learn; candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and possess a high school diploma or GED. Base pay starts at $18.45/hour.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management.
• Pick, pack and sort.
• Delight customers via app communications when substitutions are needed.
• Warehouse organization and safety.
• Be a team player and share ideas with the team.
• Runner/Dasher coordination: guide Runners and Dashers to pickup locations.
• Food preparation where applicable.
