Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart in Sacramento is hiring an Operations Associate to manage inventory, pick and pack orders, and coordinate with Dashers in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with customers via the app, ensure product quality, and support safety and cleanliness standards across the warehouse.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, a team-first mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to learn and solve problems.
• Experience in retail or food service is a plus.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management; stock accuracy and rotation.
• Pick, pack and sort orders; scan and stage for Dashers.
• Delight customers; communicate using the app for substitutions.
• Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness per DashMart standards.
• Be a team player; support runners and dasher coordination as needed.
• Assist in light kitchen prep and food handling where applicable.
