Job summary

Reserv is building a tech-driven claims organisation focused on AI and automation to streamline the claims process. The role involves supporting an efficient operations function, coordinating meetings, and driving cross-functional improvements across fast-paced projects.

You will engage with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, take initiative to identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to timely, high-impact outcomes for the company and clients.

Qualifications

• CII Industry Qualification or Equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in fast paced Operations.
• 3 - 4 years of experience working in an operations role at a fast-paced tech company.
• Delivering on time-sensitive tasks.
• Experience in using internal tools and streamlining operations processes.
• Proven ability to enhance cross-functional efficiency through process improvement.
• Ability to execute independently in a changing environment.
• Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to pivot as business needs change.
• Self starter who can identify areas for improvement and drive solutions.
• Cross-functional teamwork experience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Attend and prepare for meetings, circulate actionable items, and ensure to-dos are completed timely.
• Take part in strategic projects and business planning efforts.
• Organise and coordinate all meetings across schedules/timezones.
• Interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible and proactive.
• Take initiative to add value in areas of interest and passion.
• Review and assist with process documentation.
• Review and assist with ensuring SLAs are met externally and internally.

About Reserv

Reserv is an insurtech creating and incubating cutting-edge AI and automation technology to bring efficiency and simplicity to claims. Founded by insurtech veterans with deep experience in SaaS and digital claims, Reserv is venture-backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures and began operations in May 2022. Location Requirement

Candidates must reside in an eligible U.S. state throughout employment. We are unable to hire candidates residing in California, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the United States.

What We Need
