Base Pay Range

$66,000 - $68,000 per year

Compensation

Annual bonus + Quarterly Performance-Based Bonus

Schedule

Hybrid – at least 2 days work from home per week

Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping coordination
• Assist with vendor and customer communications to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation across operational systems
• Work closely with the operations manager and other team members to improve processes and resolve issues
• Monitor supply chain activities and escalate delays or problems as needed
• Assist with ERP/CRM system data entry, updates, and quality checks
• Contribute to special projects related to warehouse operations, logistics, and dealer/customer support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service, preferably in e-commerce or machinery-related fields
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with logistics platforms, CRM, or order management systems is a plus
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position
