What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage appointment queues and provide primary support for clinicians during their shifts
  2. Open and manage IT support tickets for clinicians, ensuring timely issue resolution
  3. Engage in effective communication with clinicians through various channels to address inquiries and escalate issues
  4. Track and report operational metrics, maintaining accurate records of consult statuses
  5. Handle incoming communications from patients and partners, ensuring timely responses

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or a related field
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with effective prioritization abilities
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on problem-solving
  4. Proficiency with software platforms, including EMRs, Jira, and Slack
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams to achieve operational goals
