Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate for our Orlando branch to support the Product Lifecycle Manager with daily material handling, receiving, stocking, and presentation to meet sales and inventory goals.

You will work with Merchandising and Inventory teams, perform FIFO rotations, keep areas tidy, and assist with ongoing store operations while complying with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Strong verbal communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put-away incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts, or powered equipment.
• Maintain organization and restock products in correct locations.
• Communicate with Merchandising and Inventory teams to stock products appropriately.
• Address operational issues with the Product Lifecycle Manager.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and remove damaged/expired products.
• Support initiatives to ensure smooth location operations and align with business goals.
• Maintain the store's cleanliness.

The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

Job Summary

The Operations Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Product Lifecycle Manager with all aspects of daily material handling in a retail branch location. The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks
• Communicate effectively with the Merchandising and Inventory teams to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch
• Communicate effectively with the Product Lifecycle Manager to address any operational issues
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management

Education
