Staffmark Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Bethlehem, PA. Pay rate ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, with a front half shift Sunday–Wednesday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM and a back half shift Thursday–Saturday 6:00 AM–6:30 PM.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position involves labeling, packing, scanning, palletizing, and loading/unloading duties while meeting safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of warehouse or similar experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable reading instructions in Spanish or English.
• Must be dependable, organized and punctual.
• Capable of accurate data entry on a touch screen device.

Responsibilities

• Label and repack products per work instructions.
• Enter quantities and sizes into computer systems.
• Meet quality and speed targets.
• Load and unload boxes from lines or trucks and palletize.
• Build pallets and prepare orders for shipping.
• Scan products, pick orders, and enter data on computer.
• Move product using pallet jack or rolling cart.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Location: Bethlehem, PA

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Front Half | Sunday - Wednesday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM | $17/hr. | Back Half | Thursday - Saturday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | $18/hr.

Responsibilities

• Labeling and repackaging products according to work instructions
• Entering accurate quantities and sizes into the computer
• Meeting quality and speed metrics
• Loading and unloading boxes to and from conveyor lines or trucks, palletizing boxes
• Building pallets of product
• Picking, packing and shipping orders for the DTC department
• Using scan guns to scan products, pick orders, and enter numbers on a computer screen
• Moving product throughout the warehouse using a pallet jack or rolling cart
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat
• Complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks as needed
• Flexing to other departments or specialty assignments as requested by supervisor
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to use a computer touch screen, scan gun, label printer, rolling cart, step ladder, and pallet jack
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions in Spanish or English, and follow directions
• Good manual and physical dexterity
• Dependable, organized, hardworking, and punctual
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail
