Responsibilities

1. Assist in receiving, inspecting, handling and stocking inbound products.
2. Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition and complete paperwork.
3. Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact delivery drivers and coordinate schedules.
4. Communicate effectively with other departments in the company.
5. Respond quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to supervisor.
6. Encourage safe work practices in others.
7. Arrange daily cycle count and follow variance.
8. Provide weekly report updates.
9. Other duties as assigned to the position.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or international equivalent.
2. 1 year of relevant experience preferred, no experience is okay, everything will be trained.
3. Moderate computer skills, assist in report data collection.
4. Strong responsibility, follow supervision, good communication skills.

Shift: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
