Job summary

DK Security seeks an Operations Assistant to support daily security operations across staffing, client support, recordkeeping, and service delivery in West Michigan. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will coordinate staffing, training, and scheduling with Site Supervisors and the DK Command Center.

This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Security Management concentration preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of security management experience in a corporate or government environment preferred.
• Background check and CPL required or obtainable.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations leadership in staffing, client support, and service delivery.
• Coordinate shift coverage with Site Supervisors and the DK Command Center.
• Maintain staffing records and escalate unfilled shifts.
• Assist with payroll, billing, and timekeeping documentation.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with requirements.
