Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect store assets, including cash, and adhere to safety policies.
• Maintain a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keep store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, in company standards.
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly associates.
• Process directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, and Key Survey information.
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise following VIP and DSD policies.
• Help ensure proper staffing and sales effectiveness daily.
• Manage cashiering activities in line with cash handling practices.
• Maintain promotional displays and store signage.
• Handle damaged merchandise daily.
• Assist in creating weekly schedules and managing supplies and expenses.
• Support merchandising and checkout area to maximize impulse sales.
• Refill store-front displays and coolers daily.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
