Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
  • Assisting with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
  • Performing store functions, opening and closing procedures, and protecting company assets.
  • Maintaining a professional environment and store standards.
  • Managing store areas, supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
  • Processing directives, merchandise receipts/returns, and managing store supplies and displays.
  • Supporting sales effectiveness and cash handling practices.
  • Creating weekly schedules and managing store expenses.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Prior retail and management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-energy team environment.
