Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
  • Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
  • Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Protecting store assets, including cash, and adhering to all policies and safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
  • Managing store areas to company standards, including recovery and organization.
  • Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is unavailable.
  • Processing directives related to store activities, merchandise receipt, and returns.
  • Assisting in staffing, sales management, cash handling, merchandising, and supplies management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Preferred prior retail and management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
