Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Assisting with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting store assets, including cash, and adhering to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Managing store cleanliness, recovery, and merchandise organization.
• Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and assisting with merchandise receipt and returns.
• Supporting staffing, sales, cash handling, and promotional activities.
• Managing store supplies, expenses, and merchandising efforts.
• Refilling coolers and displays daily.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
