Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with operational tasks within the store, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
  • Helping with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
  • Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Protecting and securing company assets, including cash.
  • Adhering to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
  • Managing store areas to company standards, including recovery.
  • Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
  • Processing directives related to store activities, merchandise receipts, and returns.
  • Assisting with staffing, sales floor management, cashiering, merchandising, and store supplies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Prior retail and management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
