Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Assisting with hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing store assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Ensuring store areas meet company standards, including recovery and organization.
• Providing direct supervision for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing directives related to store activities and merchandise receipt/returns.
• Assisting with staffing, sales floor management, cashiering, and merchandising.
• Managing store supplies, expense control, and promotional displays.
• Creating weekly schedules and ensuring compliance with policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferred prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
