Smoky Mountain Children's Home in Sevierville, TN is seeking an Operations Assistant to support campus operations alongside the Operations Coordinator. You will help manage warehouse activities, handle donations, prepare resident supply kits, and assist with monthly cottage moves and event logistics.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 18+ years old, a clean background check, a valid driver's license, and strong organizational and communication skills with willingness to work some nights,

Responsibilities

• Warehouse and inventory: maintain a clean, safe warehouse and process donations.
• Donations: pick up, transport, clean, store, and redistribute donated items.
• Resident support: prepare First Day supply kits and track youth inventory.
• Requisitions and moves: assist with cottage supply requisitions and moves.
• Inspections and events: help with campus projects and event setup.
