Job summary

American Aqua, operating as Pure Water Works, seeks an Operations Assistant to support day-to-day field and warehouse operations in Traverse City, MI. You may cover routes, prep equipment for delivery or installation, unload shipments, and assist service work in coordination with the Operations manager.

This role offers training and hands-on experience across loading, delivery logistics, and warehouse tasks, with opportunities to learn a dynamic service department.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, layout, organize and execute work with minimum or no supervision.
• Mechanically inclined with repair skills are a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication are essential.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 60lbs and drive a company vehicle.

Job Summary

Pure Water Works seeks an Operations Assistant to join our team. This team member is integral in keeping the day to day operations flowing smoothly, whether that is covering a delivery route when a driver is off, prepping equipment for installation or delivery, unloading shipments, or assisting on service work. This position works closely with the Operations manager to meet the daily needs in both the field, and in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with loading and unloading trucks
• Substitute delivery route driver

• Limited customer deliveries

Qualifications

• No previous experience in the water treatment industry necessary
• Ability to plan, layout, organize and execute work with minimum or no supervision
• Proficient with tools and repair work, mechanically inclined
• Organized and detail oriented
• Maintenance experience is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 60lbs
• Must have a good driving record and ability to drive a company vehicle
