This role is well suited to someone with 1-3 years of experience in financial services, trust operations, banking, paralegal support, or a related administrative role. Prior industry experience is preferred but not required; the ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with financial and legal documentation, and able to follow established procedures with precision while flagging exceptions appropriately.
No specific degree is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with equivalent relevant experience are welcome to apply.
